How to get Smartsheet to auto send a generated PDF via email for submitted forms
Hello! Is there way to have Smartsheet auto include a generated PDF in the notification email it sends out once a form is filled out and submitted? I'm still relatively new to Smartsheet and I currently have the automation set up to generate a document with each form submission and send an email to a specified email address. However, the email only includes a link to the spreadsheet, not a copy of the PDF itself. This is for an application, so a PDF form is needed to forward along to underwriting for review. I know our brokers are able to go into Smartsheet and download the PDF, but I'm trying to make accessing the PDF as easy as possible, eliminating any extra steps. Is this a possibility?
