How do I decline an access request to a sheet?

Employee submitted a request to view a sheet with their personal email instead of their work email. I added their work email but keep getting notifications that they requested. How can I decline the request and stop the notifications?

Would prefer to not turn off all notifications all together

    These Notifications will end on their own. If you are a system Admin you can always go to the admin center and decline the request as well.
