Exclude oneself on automation notification rules

When building an automation, and selecting to notify users if certain criteria's are met, I would like the option to exclude oneself from the notification.

For example, if I am the user adding a new row, and I already know that I am missing the go live date, because I don't have it yet, it is silly to receive an email notification from Smartsheet, to remind me that the go live date is missing.

In Smartsheet we could use the "Modify By" column, and say that if the name under "Modify By" is NOT "Current User". However, the option of "Current User" is not available under that dropdown. Perhaps, that is the best was to implement this idea.

However is your request to be able to customize this per-workflow instead of across your whole account?

Hi @Genevieve P. , you misunderstood my request. I am not asking how should I be notified from Smartsheet.

In any case, I found a way around this issue, so i am all set.
