Report with just 2 rows needed

Hello, I need to create a report that shows me "installation complete" from around 88 pages, I tried so many different things, but I can't get to do it. It keeps showing me rows that I don't need. If you know, please help.

Please see below; if you can see, it shows the site audit, but I need the "Installation crew dispatched." and COA signed, if it was complete 100%

    Hi. If you want your report to only show the install complete rows that are 100% you just need 2 filters. You need to add a filter for the Primary column contains “Installation Crew dispatched for Installation”
