Planned vs Actual Start & End Dates
Hello,
I have data in Smartsheets (pic of SSData) that I need transposed into a chart /graphic. I've attached the view that I need to see or create rather, in the pic called Planned vs Actual_SS (this is something I have created in Excel). Is it possible to replicate this in Smartsheets?
THanks

I think you would want to do something in dashboards - https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/level-3-advanced-users/dashboards. You'd create a chart widget from that SSData and you can pick the colors, what the x and y axis are, etc.

@Brad Schutts is correct. You will have to use a dashboard to recreate this in Smartsheet. The chart widget is really easy to use and get the results you are looking for.

Hey @Safiya B
Just to clarify here: Chart Widgets in Dashboards require numerical data. It looks like you want the Y axis to be Dates, which is currently not possible in Dashboard Charts as the column won't know when to stop.
What I would suggest doing here is use the Baseline feature in a Project Sheet which would then show the planned/actual dates in the Gantt view. Here's a free webinar with more information: Keep Your Projects on Track with Baselines
