Add Attachments to Alerts in general (not the ones on the row)

Please allow the addition of attachments that are not associated with a row. For example, when an alert is triggered, an email is sent and I would be able to attach an instruction sheet or welcome letter to the alert. Right now the options for doing this are either too limiting, cumbersome, or confusing for those who are not familiar with smartsheets.

Could you put a URL in a particular column of your sheet, so as to direct the recipient of the alert to the documented instructions? This would allow you to update the instructions without going into the sheet.

@Autumn Beauchamp -- This is likely what we are going to end up doing. However, it is not ideal (then we are still having to map in a URL for each row rather than just telling the alert to pull from a document library).

Could you put the url in the text of the alert instead of a cell? I'm not sure if that creates a working url or not...
