Connectivity Issues

Hello everyone!

Has anybody been experiencing issues to load or connect to Smartsheet? My entire work organization has been experiencing issues to use Samrtsheet this week, specially on the afternoons. At first I thought it could be our internet connection but I'm able to use my mail, browser, etc. Its just Smartsheet that wont load.

    I already opened a ticket to support but in the meantime I wanted to know if its just us or if its a general issue.

    My organization had similar issues recently. Apparently, they adopted some new IT security measures that was creating the problem, so each person having issues had to be fixed individually by our IT staff. We are still having some issues with staff who are occasional users that do not have a license. This may not be your issue but wanted you to know that sometimes the processes we put in place to be safe can create issues with outside websites. Hopefully you will have resolution soon.
