Is there a reason why this value is not being populated in my Pie Chart/Column?

Hi all I created a report that tracks the progress of various projects for some reason I can see all displayed in my chart except for Approved which should have a value of 6 but on the charts it is saying there is no value is there a reason why this is happening?
