How do I make a Smartsheet form with a multi select menu with a quantity option?

I want to make a form with a multiselect menu that contains parts with their serial numbers. This makes it easier to select the part from a list because it has the serial number tied to it versus looking it up each time and typing it all out. The problem with the multi select is if multiple parts are selected, I can't add quantities for each part. Is there a way to add an empty field next to each item to type in the quantity of each part?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• You'd add Qty fields for each instaead

Thank you for your reply. Is there a way to organize the form so the field can be next to the drop down instead of under it?

In that case, you'd have to use a 3rd-party option that integrates with Smartsheet.

Is that an option?
