Line Item Signature Requests

I have a database of assets, and want to send each asset owner an automated form, which I can do, with their asset listing. What I need to receive is a "signature" that the assets are acknowledged. by the owner, and include verbiage that the asset owner agrees to abide by.

I can create the form, automate it, but I have not been able to work out the PDF attachment, or, a Smartsheet signature, that can be captured.

Help is appreciated!

Approval Workflow
Proofing feature
Typing their name in a form or update request to confirm, and it will be used as an approval

Thanks for the suggestions -- I've thought of them =-) But was hopeful that there was a way to send a PDF for them to sign without integrating a 3rd party like DocuSign. Our company is loving SS -- I'm porting everything into it! But there are a few functions/features that are a bit of a roadblock.

I think perhaps typing the name will work -- I'll explore that a ittle more.
