@Darren Mullen its all good! I dealt with it for way too long before finally figuring it out and realizing that it was just something Smartsheet wouldn't be able to do for me at that time. Hoping one day there will be something for a case like mine.

Error message to
I am the owner of the sheet/workspace. I have given Admin Privilege to a few non-licensed users. One user was able to create a new report, and another user is getting this error message. Is this a Smartsheet issue?
