Automation notification to Shared email account.

Hi good afternoon, everyone. I am trying to set a Shared email account into the notifications automated email every time that someone add a new item in a sheet. Unfortunately, I receive this message when I input the email.

Any solution to this? What i am looking is that every time that somebody submit a new item (via form) automatically send an email to the shared email account.

    Check the page seetings in the Automation Permissions and ensure that you have the page set to Unrestricted. I have a few shared emails in my distribution groups and notifications function no differently than with individual emails.

    It sounds like your company has it locked down who you can share content with. I would recommend contacting whoever in your company has admin rights over smartsheets to add them as a potential recipient.
