Hi,

I'm on Enterprise Plan and I'm trying to use Bridge but cannot log in to it. I actually had to dig the login link from the forums because I could not find it anywhere else, and when I try to sign in using my Smartsheet account it says "Unable to log in with Smartsheet credentials at this time, try using Bridge credentials or contact support"

Please advise how I can use Bridge.

I want to use Bridge to see if I can send SMS messages. Since you don't support an SMS service such as Twilio, I should probably use SendGrid as email to text (example@txt.att.net). If you know any other ways to send text message notifications from Smartsheet, such as integration with other automation services please let me know.

    I hope you're well and safe!

    Bridge is a Premium Add-on/app that needs to be acquired separately. It's not included with the Enterprise license.

    Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

    I recently developed an SMS solution for a client using 3rd-party services, Zapier and Twilio.

    Is that an option?
