Workflow sporadically not triggering
Hi all,
I'm looking for some assistance with an approval workflow that I developed. It is currently set to trigger when rows are added or changed, when "Employee Name" changes to Any Value (see image).
Out of a list of 95 submissions, the approval workflow did not trigger approximately 20 times. The "Manager's Email Address Approval" field is just blank.
Has anyone encountered this before? What am I doing wrong? Thank you

Do you have the recipient set to send to contacts in a cell, or do you have a specific recipient for all of them?

Double check the date/time stamps in the cell history on some of those rows and make sure that the recipient was actually in there BEFORE the automation was triggered.
Have you also checked your automation settings and sharing permissions to ensure that (if the settings are restrictive) all recipients are shared to the sheet and have logged into Smartsheet?

Thank you very much for your help. I did have the form shared to anyone, but I hadn't considered the point about it being completed before the automation was triggered. I will look into that
