DataTable Default Access for New Advance Gold and Platinum Plans

Hi Community, 

Since the launch of DataTable in September 2022, we’ve heard feedback from System Admins on Advance Gold and Platinum plans that users have been asking for more access to DataTable and improvements to the current time-consuming process of manually managing the access permissions to this Advance capability.

With this release, all licensed users on new Advance Gold and Platinum plans will automatically gain access to DataTable so they can quickly and easily begin leveraging the tool.

For System Administrators who would like to turn this access “off” for some users, this setting can still be changed within the User Management page of the Admin Center by either editing an individual user or performing a Bulk Update of Premium App Permissions.
