Not all group members who have access are getting workflow notification
Hi,
I have an automated monthly update request that gets sent to those in an owners column on my sheet, requesting they use a provided link to update a dynamic view. Those owners are part of a group I've created in Smartsheet, and this group has edit access to the sheet and dynamic view (and rest of the workspace). I received a notice from Smartsheet that a few of those (who are in the group and have access) were not notified while others were. I've validated their email addresses, but can't determine why they wouldn't have been sent the automated notification. Can someone help?

Have you checked the automation permission settings in the sheet?

@Paul Newcome yes, I did check this and have it as 'restricted', however the criteria was still met (person shared to the sheet and had logged into Smartsheet previously) to trigger to at least one of the folks who didn't get the alert, but should have. I'm not sure about the other two people yet.
