Count rows based on 2 criteria?
Hello:
I'm missing something here and I need your help.
REQUIREMENT: - I need to have a formula that counts how many records on my sheet are both "LOW" (on the Priority Column) and "Closed" (On the Status Column)
I've tried with COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, AND, OR....and Can't figure it out.
Any pointers anyone can give me?

Try this:
=COUNTIFS([Priority]:[Priority], = "Low", [Status]:[Status], = "Closed")
If it doesn't work, can you share a screenshot of the sheet?
