In resource management, It would be great to have the ability to turn the suggested hrs off. Ideally at a project level.
For some teams it may be useful, however for others its a burden as the allocations are mostly incorrect.
If someone is across more than one project, e.g. working on "client A" Mon + Tue (40%) and "client b" Wed + Thu + Fri (60%). It assumes people are working on both each day and comes up with weird percentages.
Consultants often accept these %'s and submit timesheets as is.
