Use a form to answer a question and provide the person to inform
I'm working on a two step process where employee 1 completes a form. In the course of completing the form they answer two questions:
- What decision did they make?
- What employee (employee 2) should it go to next?
I want employee 2 to get an automated notice but since I'm filling in the row with the sheet it won't send the notification.
Is there a way to allow employee 2 to get the notice?

Here are my thoughts:
1) Employee 1 answers their questions, with the "Employee 2" question being a contact list format
2) When contact list "Employee 2" question goes from blank to non-blank, send notification to that employee formatted however you need it formatted within the automations feature
3) You should be able to use form/dynamic view/sheet with this logic, as long as the field goes from BLANK to non-BLANK, how the information is entered will not matter -- you would just need to set up a second automation.

Thanks Steven,
That worked I just got caught in my thought process and was missing the obvious solution. Thanks
