Resource Management: Moving Resources

I work in the construction industry and, as such, have many moving parts and do a lot of shifting of resources to ensure our projects are covered. We also use Phases on our projects to track Preconstruction and Construction. It would be great if in the Projects/Worklist, I could move a resource from one phase to another without having to delete and add.
