Sheet References from multiple sheets
Struggling with cross referencing multiple sheets.
Sheet 1 - is auto-filled by a form from users in multiple areas.
Sheet 2 - contains the standards for one area.
Sheet 3 - needs to pull
- from sheet 1 (Task) and (Time) respective to area M1 &
- from sheet 2 The (Standard Time) relevant to Stanard Task
I have been attempting to use an Index Match combination but have been unsuccessful.
In help greatly appreciated.

I would use an INDEX/MATCH on sheet 1 to pull over the data from sheet 2.
Exactly what type of data would you have populated there on sheet 3 and for what purpose?

@Paul Newcome Index / Match is what I have been attempting unsuccessfully. I believe the answer to your question/s are in my initial post. If my request from my initial post is unclear, please let me know. Thanks for the response. I really appreciate it.

Exactly what data would you have populated there on sheet 3 and for what purpose? Are you looking for a summary of all M1 entries, or is it just a replica of sheet 1 just with the extra column being pulled from sheet 2?
-
For every row that has M1 in the area field I need the corresponding task and time replicated / shown in sheet 3.
Then
Then for each row in sheet 3 I need the corresponding standard time from sheet 2 replicated in sheet 3.
Does that make sense?

My suggestion would be to add the [Standard Time] column to sheet 1 and do away with sheet 3 altogether.
=INDEX({Sheet 2 Standard Time Column}, MATCH(Task@row, {Sheet 2 Standard Task Column}, 0))
