Who, Where and How - did any changes to particular user's account

Recently we had an issue with one of our user, that his "Data Table" feature was turned off without his consent.

We from the admin team did not do any changes.

Hence we would like a feature which would help us with details like : Who, Where and How - did any changes to particular user's account in smartsheet.

This might help us to know the root cause on this issue.
