Make Pivot workflows scalable with Control Center

I would like to include Pivot workflows in a template so that they are automatically reproduced when Control Center creates a new folder from the template.

Currently I cannot use CC for a setup where I need to create the same folder many times, where CC would be great becasue of global updates, etc. But because I use a pivot workflow which creates one of the sheets in the template, which is then used in many references, I cannot build that in CC. Means I have to SaveAs my template folder, then delete the pivot sheet, create the pivot workflow for this new folder and then reset all the references to that pivot sheet in all other sheets.
