Callback service with zoom for urgent TechSupport

Our account has direct phone support included. However because of bad audio quality and most of all the missing ability to share the screen it would be awesome to be able to write a quick message somewhere, that I need help and the Smartsheet support sends me a zoom invite asap to clarify the issue.
