Add weekly backup function to Control Center when provisioning new workspaces

Our team is developing a multi-tier solution that will have up to 600 individually provisioned workspaces that align to individual projects.

We would like have the ability to enable backups during manual provisioning of new projects/workspaces in Control Center to ensure that all workspaces are backed up on a weekly basis.

This capability will manage the risk of data loss in a large scale, complex solution.
