Sheet Summary
I'm creating a RAID log then wanting to pull the metrics into a dashboard. I've created the log, then assumed I need to create a sheet summary on it. I have the formulas correct for the levels of priority, but I'm unsure of what I need to do with the status (Open or Closed). Ideally, I want to filter out the Closed items in the report.
Secondly, when I create the Sheet Summary Report, the Sheet Name is not appearing in the report. I'm not clear yet what impact this is having. What I do know so far is that I can't filter on Status because I can't pull it in.

I would create a row report instead. Then you can group by sheet name and use the summary feature within the report to get your counts.
