Provide a Sheet Attributes icon for High Level information

Similar to Sheet Summary, I'd love to see a Sheet Attributes feature that allows sheet owners to designate points of contact, stakeholders, external links, and attachments pertinent to the procedure/project as a whole. Sheet Summary can handle this to an extent, but attaching an SOP to a sheet often gets lost amongst all other attachments, and it's not particularly conspicuous anyway. Alternatively, adding parent/child rows at the top of a sheet to define ownership and high level information is a headache to contend with from a reporting perspective. Would be great to have a special button that opens attributes (like Properties) available to all users shared to a sheet.
