Smartsheet Form

Hi all,

I've set up a new smartsheet with a form, the form isnt populating the sheet. The data is not appearing at the end of the rows, there is not conditional formatting to cause any 'invisible' data.

The settings (screenshot attached) all seem fine.

Any suggestions?

• Have you scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the sheet?
• Also, have you checked the Activity Log so the submission is added to the sheet?

We are now getting the same issue reported on numerous smartsheets where submitted forms are no longer populating the sheets, and as per the advice above we have checked to the bottom of the sheet to no avail even though users have received the email confirmation that a form has been submitted and activity log only shows sheet has been viewed.

Please can you advise if there is a wider issue or what actions we need to take to resolve this?

Strange! Nothing has been reported, and so far, I've only heard the issue from you and Lisa.

Are you still having issues?

If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
