Aggregating rows from multiple project plans into a multi-column summary

I have a bunch of project plans sheets that all follow the same template. Each plan sheet has a rows with key milestone dates:
- Start Date
- Completion Date
- Target Publish Date
Each of the above is in a different row in the project plan sheets.
I want to roll these up to create a content pipeline sheet like the one shown below that aggregates the key dates from all of the project plan sheets. Currently this is done manually. Is there a method to automate it?

No, I am not using Control Center. Would this solve my problem?

It should from the sound of things. Otherwise you are looking at manual linking (as you have found) or something through the API.
