The documents and surveys that we can build and integrate into our sheets are great, but it would be nice if I didn't have to go to another platform and manually pull results in for this one thing. Quizzes should be an option to build as well.

How would you expect it to function exactly?
To be able to set up knowledge assessments/quizzes, using multiple choice, true/false, etc. with logic already available in surveys/forms. A choice would need to be added to differentiate between the type of form we are building - to add assessment/quiz. The ability to set a value to each response and calculate missed/correct responses for each one sent/submitted back would really be the "new" part of the form to differentiate from a survey or a quiz.
@Michelle DeWitt Calculating the responses can be done in the sheet with a formula, or are you meaning for it to display the "score" directly on the form prior to submission?

The 'Sheet' icon appears purple in the left navigation but blue within the sheet, creating inconsistency. Aligning icon colors across the platform would improve clarity and simplify user training. Please standardize the icon color to enhance user experience and reduce confusion during onboarding.
