WEEKNUMBER function matching other platforms

Not only does week start on Monday by default but unlike other platforms it is not overloaded to allow adjustment to it like Google and Microsoft:

Would be nice to either allow it to be adjusted or to default to the actual start of the week which on every calendar is Sunday.
