Connect associated columns

Hi,

I work in construction. My line of work requires me to record data in dropdown down and numerical/text entries in several sections. I could have 4/5 sections like this, each with different dropdowns and text/number entries (3/4 columns). Currently I am shifting multiple columns one at a time to display the necessary columns. I would like to have the ability to shift several columns left/right by dragging one column and the connected columns follow. Would this be possible?
