Very large form

Hello,

I have 120 questions survey. I would like to know your experience working with such as large form especially since there is no auto-save. e.g. do you divide them into 4 forms?

You could break them out and automatically load the next one.

Another option could be to use the Premium App, Dynamic View. I recently used it in an advanced client solution where they needed to fill out a very long form and go back and forth.

I never thought of DV. I guess the only difference is DV requires users to be on Smartsheet while Form is not.

Another question. The majority of questions have a drop-down list with Pass/Fail. I tried to pull all "Pass" using the report filter but it requires me to select each question as they are different. Is formula an option or is there something else you suggest to pull the answers in an efficient way?
