Smartsheet now blocks any email that has never used Smartsheet before?
Interesting. This looks like a recent change. Apparently I can no longer use workflow to send emails to people who never logged into, nor, used Smartsheet, ever. Has anyone found a way to let emails be used in workflows such as alerts, update requests, etc? Every single one is now generating errors for the users who don't have SS accounts despite being unrestricted.

This issue is now resolved as of 6pm PST on August 21st! Workflows will now successfully send emails to users who do not have Smartsheet accounts, as expected.

This is a known issue (a few other posts the past few days having the same issue) that the tech team is currently working on.
