Restrict Visibility to team members assigned to your Workspace sheet

I am trying to find out a way where I can restrict the team I assign a task to, that when they login into Smartsheet, they are only able to see the tasks they are assigned to, however, I can find a way in the business plan. In addition, I watched a webinar where I could request updates in the emails, where the person would not even know I am using Smartsheet, how is that possible? Can I send reminders as well like this?
