Automation Generate more than one pdf to one row

We have implemented Dynamic View for leadership who do not have a license and are not going to learn Smartsheet except to see and work within the Dynamic View. Was successful in mapping one pdf to a new added row but need to add two. Right now our sheet Admin has to manually attach the other pdf to the row so leadership has both a fillable template and a quick guide for working within Dynamic View. Would ask for multiple mapping opportunities PLUS do not require that a pdf be fillable. Due to the fillable requirement, had to add one fillable field then hide it on the pdf.
