Communication programs


Does anyone have any experience in using/ integrating a communication platform and syncing on Smartsheet.

We are looking to even hire/outsource someone to help set up.

The issue we have is team communications. Or communication between departments in regards to projects or issues.. We want to have a program like basecamp, fellow, or something like that to hold all of the communications on projects. We have found smartsheet to not be super user friendly as other programs for communication.

But we love the ability to assign tasks on smartsheet. And we use smartsheet for alot of the other tasks for our company. So looking at some way to auto intergrade communication program into smartsheet.
