workflow email goes to Teams channel but need to open for text
Hi
I have a workflow that sends an email formatted as a message only to a teams channel. It works fine but the header graphic in the email is all that shows and users have to Select "see more" to be able to see the actual message. How can I format the email in Smartsheet Workflow or in teams to post as text so only the message is visible.

Would you be able to explain what you're seeing a little further?
It would be useful to see screen captures of the following:
- The alert workflow you have set up, showing the Action Block and how you've customized the message
- What appears in your Teams channel

Please see attached. Because of the formatting of the email you only see the header. The user would have to click more to see the actual message.

Thank you for these images! It looks like you're adding the Teams Channel as an "email" to send the alert to, versus using the built-in Microsoft Teams channel notification option, is that correct?
In this case, yes, you would need to click "see more" to see the full email within the channel.
An alternative would be to use the "Send to Microsoft Teams" option in the Alert block:

Ok, that is what I figured but I wanted to check to see if there were any formatting options. I am working on getting the Add in for Teams approved. Thank you.
