PDF Not Generating For Certain Statuses

Hello,

I have created a bunch of workflows that are supposed to generate a PDF when all fields under 'Status' column are selected. Some work, while some give me an 'unable to run' error.

Looking into these workflows has yielded no insight on what could be wrong. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I cannot see any difference in the workflows, so I don't know why one is working and another isn't.

Do you have other workflows on the same sheet that may be conflicting with the specific criteria in these workflows? For example, something that might cause a workflow loop?

@Genevieve P. The PDF workflows all generate the same PDF sheet. Could that be the issue?

I think Genevieve is on to something and that they might get blocked.

Some workarounds can be made to the Workflows that could make it work if you need them created almost simultaneously.

Would you be able to post a screen capture of the underlying sheet, but block out sensitive data? Can you also confirm how the workflows are being triggered (e.g. through a form submission, or manual change, or cell link etc)

@Genevieve P. here is a screenshot of the underlying sheet:

The workflows are being triggered by a user filling out a form, and then a Smartsheet editor goes in and manually changes the Status field based on the progress of the submission.

My apologies, I should have been more clear. In the screen capture we'll want to see the column titled "Status" with values filled in as examples.

It would be best if we could see example rows of where it did work versus where it didn't. This will help us see what the differences are between your sheet data and the workflow data, and allow us to test on our own sheets.
