remove duplicates in a report

I am in the process of creating a project tracker. At the minute, I am trying to create a report that contains 8 sheets. I am pulling them together to be able to look at columns related to a certain project Id. However, as it inserts every project Id that appears in each sheet, I have multiple entries of the same project Id. I think it would be a good thing if you could have a column to insert all project Ids and then pull in all related columns for each project id. I think it should be possible to remove duplicates in a report.
