Purchase Order creation and management


Hi, we are a small residential building company based in Australia. We have a workspace that we use to manage all of our projects that includes pretty much everything expcept for purchase orders. We currently have a BOQ with pricing, but i am looking to turn this sheet into individual orders. Wondering if anyone uses Smartsheet for purchase order generation. I have played around with document creator tool but found it a bit clunky and couldnt get the format right.

I would be interested to hear other peoples way of going about this or pay someone to help build out a template for us.
