Parent Child rows - add based on Set ID

Hi,

We have a situation where every person is assigned a unique ID number and a contract is sent out. I want to create a variation so that if that crew member requires a 2nd or 3rd contract than the original line becomes the parent, and all subsequent lines become a child of that parent automatically.

Has anyone figured out a way to do this?
