Mail merge capability with Outlook

Hi team,

Would be great to create a mail merge type feature between a Sheet and Outlook. Right now we need to export this to Excel and then do the mail merge. Would be great to do this in SmartSheet manually or via an automation.

Open Sheets in New Tab/Window from Reports
In a report, we have a column that links to all the project sheets that have been pulled in. When you click a link, however, it opens it in the same window, so you lose your place in the report. It would be great to have an option to click it and open in a new window or a new tab instead.
Filter feature on sheets
A filter logic. This could allow for a filter with multiple AND OR conditions.
Ability to Add Workspace to Collections
As I've mentioned before, I love the collections feature! However, as a PM who manages multiple projects, I'd like to be able to add link to a workspace to my collection, not just a sheet or report within the collection. While it will let me add a link, it then gives me to left hand navigation bars.
