"This link has already been used or was cancelled." - Is this message editable?
I received feedback from a recipient in a workflow automation tied to my intake sheet regarding a request for approval. When clicking "Open Request" on the automated email they got the "this link has already been used or was cancelled" notification that comes when action has already been taken. I can see in cell history they had already approved it the day prior, so my guess is it was an oversight on their part.
My question is whether I have any control over the information that is presented in that "this link has already been used..." message. It would be nice if I could add further instruction or reason as to why they are seeing it.
