Predecessors
If I already have 1 predecessor column, how do I create additional Predecessor column for different task. For example I have a predecessor column created for dates. I need another one created to calculate cost for different columns. When i enter the contract amount, I want the sheet to calculate when I enter a change order amount, the amount invoiced and the balance remaining. Hope this make sense!

Are you looking for the parent row to have a balance remaining based on costs put in the child rows?

- I want the total to calculate in the balance to finish column. so in this screenshoot example, if the final cost is $200K, then there is a change order for $50K, however I paid an invoice for $150K....I would like the total of that to auto insert into the balance to finish column
