Onboarding Spreadsheet Help

Hi there,

I am creating a new employee onboarding spreadsheet to assist our new hires in getting familiar with the company and have come across a roadblock.

I want this spreadsheet to be reusable for different employees as they start in a department. I want it to function similar to this link at the bottom where it creates a new sheet for whoever accesses the link as this link will be located on an onboarding site we have within the company. My onboarding includes a checklist, dashboard and 2 reports.

Is this possible and how do I make this happen?

There is some back-end API stuff that goes on for that exact functionality, and each user will need to have a Smartsheet License to be able to use that functionality (only licensed users can own items).

This does sound like something that the premium add-on Control Center would be a good use for though if you have access to that.
