As it is now, only very few data fields can be synchronised between a project in Resource Management (RM) and SmartSheet (SS). There is currently no way to automatically synchronise any overall project information (budget, incurred, prognosis, total budget, expenses) from RM to SS.
Our team uses RM for all our specific project planning and resource management during a projects lifetime, but there is currently no way for us to consolidate this data so it can be used for more overall overview.
So my idea is to allow for more fields to be synchronised between RM and SS. These RM fields would be (for "Fees" and "Expenses"):
