Curious if anyone's had experience with monitoring page traffic (i.e. Users, frequency). We're standing up a new solution and would like to track adoption rates during our rollout period.....
I know the "VIEWS" are visible in the Activity Log of each object, but wonder if there's a way to query or easily summarize that data for success metrics.

Nothing built into the core product, but you may be able to grab it from an API.

Yes, but it's not accessible without the add-on. I don't know what information is available, but you might be right that views are not part of it.

I dug through both the Event Reporting documentation as well as the API documentation and didn't find anything that would allow a user to access views or even the activity log of the sheet to try to strip out the views.
It might still be possible. I have a faint memory that I've seen it a couple of years ago so It might be worth checking to be sure.

@Andrée Starå My problem is that I can read, but I am still learning how to write. So I can read documentation or a set of code and figure out what's going on, but troubleshooting or thinking outside of the box when it comes to APIs is still a little out of my wheelhouse (for now).
Yes, same here. That's one of my goals! Learn the Smartsheet API (when I have time and am not busy developing client solutions so, around 2030). 😉

Yeah. Time is definitely not a friend. I've been slowly learning Python and C#, but the program I am using says my projected completion for the rate I've been able to get in and take the courses is in 8 years and 3 months. 😅
