Conditional formatting OR option

Please create an OR option for conditional formatting. I have a list of 50 numbers, and I need to highlight if any of them exist in a specific cell. Without an OR option, I have to make 50 rules to accomplish this. Frustrating!

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• You could add a so-called helper column with a formula that checks for the different conditions. You'd then reference it in the Conditional Formatting rule.

I very much agree that this would be very helpful. Although the helper column solution may be a workaround, it is an additional complexity. If 'AND' conditions are workable, I believe so should 'OR' conditions.
