Expanded Data Egress coverage for reports, dashboards, and internal users now generally available!

Hi Community, 

With Data Egress, System Administrators can restrict actions that allow data to leave their Smartsheet account. Previously, you could only apply egress policies to sheets, preventing actions like sheet exports or publishing. However, we're excited to share that you can now enforce these policies on reports and dashboards too!

Additionally, we enabled the ability to enforce data egress policies on internal, as well as external users, to help you regulate how potentially sensitive data is shared both within and outside your Smartsheet account.

Data Egress is only available for Enterprise customers on Smartsheet Advance Platinum.

Important note: If you want to exempt your internal users, make sure to create a group for them..... Learned that the hard way when my users were calling wondering why they couldn't Save as New..... Oops! 😁
